1. What triggers warning/error messages?

• Incomplete information, scores aren't aligning, haven't logged into Grow for awhile, bugs!

2. How to resolve triggers warning/error messages.

• Reviewing the information given and ensuring the accuracy. If you still you have an error, please notify the Grow slack channel. 

Forms 

3. When an observation is printed, is there a space for the teacher to sign or is that only online?

•  The functionality is only online. You can always print it after the online version has been signed and have the teacher sign in pen on that same line. 

4. Can you copy observation forms from one district to another?

• Currently, you can not copy observations from one district to another. 
  • Best Practice: Have a split screen have the form they would like on one side and the new form on another. 

5. Add a Form option is not showing up for a decision maker.

• Update the System Admin user role privileges and toggle "Rubrics privileges." 

Reports

6. Are there any downsides to using checkboxes in forms in reference to reporting?

• Yes! Checkbox reporting is really only on the Observation Data Report, whereas drop downs/scored rows can also show on the form norming report.

7. Pulling a report for all summative evaluations for teachers and wants a specific data. What report should you pull? 

•  I recommend the Observation Data Report. There you can include the row and text box data.
  • Best Practice: Send instructions to user on how to pull reports for next time :)
