How do I link a meeting to an observation?

Learn how to connect meetings to observations.

It's easy to link debrief and coaching meetings to specific observations from the finalized observation page. 

Once you've finalized an observation, click the Meetings tab, then the green + Meetings button. You'll see three options:

• Start New Meeting: to create a new meeting form and begin prepping your meeting notes
• Schedule A Meeting: to put a meeting on the calendar for a future date
• Link Existing Meeting: if you already creating a meeting that you would like to retroactively link to this observation

When starting a new meeting or scheduling a meeting, the observee from the observation will be automatically added as a participant. When linking an existing meeting, you'll have the option to choose from any existing meetings in which you and the observee are participants.

Once the meeting is connected, you'll see that the observation is hyperlinked in the Details section for easy reference. 

The meeting will also be hyperlinked on the Meetings tab of the observation.
