Start a Meeting
To begin a Meeting, click Start on the top menu, then Start a Meeting then Start New Meeting or Start Recurring Meeting.
If you select Start New Meeting, you will be prompted to choose from existing Meeting Types.
Select your meeting template from the dropdown menu and then click Create.
Add Attendees to Meetings
Add participants by typing a name in the search box on the Participants widget. Once the name appears, click it to officially add a user to a meeting. Using the Options button, you can also import a group of participants or mass-assign action items.
Action Items
The Action Items icon next to each participant's name is used to assign Action Steps, Goals, or To-Dos that develop from the meeting. You will see all participants and teachers will only see themselves.
Navigate the Meeting Form
There are three key sections to Meeting Form: Meeting Details, Meeting Notes, & Files.
Meeting Details
Fill out information about the meeting in the Meeting Details widget. You have the option to restrict information to only participants and absentees at the bottom of the widget. You can also choose to make a meeting recurring to keep all of your notes in one place.
Meeting Notes
Use the Meeting Notes widget to take shared or private notes.
As a reminder: Throughout the platform, information entered into peach text boxes is shared. Information input into white text boxes is private. These notes are private from teacher participants, as well as participants with the same permission level as the user. For example, if you are a coach, other coach participants, as well as all teachers, will not have access to these notes. Assistant administrators and administrators will have access to these notes.
Files
Upload any files from your computer or add files from the Resource Library in the Files widget. Any files added to Files will be available to all participants.
