Cycles Report Overview

Learn how to use the Cycles Report to monitor completion of Coaching and/or Evaluation Cycles across your District.

Please note: this article is primarily for users with a Regional Admin role and above at districts with the Cycles feature enabled. If you are interested in setting this up for your site, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager/Specialist.

Grow's Cycles Report shows school-level trends related to Cycle completion. Access this report by navigating to Reports > Cycles Reports > Cycles Report. 

Begin by selecting the Cycle(s) for which you would like to see data, and click Update Filters to show results.

In the table, you'll see relevant information for each school. The Users # displays the total number of users at the school. The next three columns display ratios to show progress. In each of these columns, the denominator represents the total number of events that are required according to the cycle(s) selected. The Scheduled column shows how many events have been scheduled, using Grow's calendar integration. The In Progress column shows how many events are in progress - either Meetings that are in Pre-Work Phase but have not started, or Observations that are in draft mode. The Completed column shows the number of total events completed.

Click the right-facing arrow in any column to see a breakdown by specific event. Then click the left-facing arrow to collapse.

Click any ratio to see additional information about the specific events contributing to the totals.

Once all cycle events have been completed at a particular school, that row of the table will show as green. If the end of the cycle event is within 14 days, and events have not yet been fully completed, the school's row will show in red.
