Learn how to use and edit Widgets on your observations forms in Grow.
Please note: this article is primarily for users with an Assistant Admin role and above.
Users with the right permissions can change and edit the Widgets to appear on an existing form or when creating a new form in Grow.
In order to do this, users will click Config>>Forms.

Users can then click the Edit button next to an existing form or to get to the Widgets associated with that rubric. If users want to set the Widgets up on a new form they will do that after clicking Add Form and adding their observation form.

In order to view and edit the Widgets on their form, users will click Form Layout. 
Form Layout
This is how your form will appear to the observer. On the left side of this page, you’ll see all of your available widgets, which will include any widgets that have been turned on in System Settings. You can drag and drop widgets between the three sections interchangeably.

When a widget is moved from the left to right panel, users have the option to edit the Widget by clicking on the blue Edit button. Widgets found on the right side, under Observation Form, will display on the form in the order and layout arranged on this page.

Users can check their form by clicking Form Layout to view their observation form. Users can go back to Form Layout to make any needed changes before publishing.
