Users with the right permissions can access and edit Existing Meetings in Grow.
To edit an Existing meeting, users will click Start >> Find Meetings.
Users can toggle View Only My Data to streamline this page. From this view, the host of the meeting will have the yellow Edit Button available to click. If the user is not the host of the meeting, they have the option to View instead of edit.

Information like Name, Date, Time, Grade and Course can be changed under Meeting Details. Under Options, hosts have the ability to hide the meeting from participants. If the meeting being edited is one that happens regularly with the same participants, the Recurring Meeting option should be turned on. This will make it easier to track historical data from older meetings as well as load meeting presets.
Note: if this is turned on for the meeting, hosts would then start this meeting by clicking Start>>Start Recurring Meeting.

Options listed on the right side of the meeting allow hosts to add participants, add and assign action items, mark absent participants and add files to the meeting. The Options Dropdown will allow hosts to mass assign participants or import a group.
