Learn how to monitor Lesson Plan Submissions based on due dates set by your administrator.
Please Note: this article is primarily for users with a Teacher role and above at districts with the Lesson Plan Feedback Scheduling feature enabled. If you are an administrator interested in setting this up for your site, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager/Specialist.
If your school or district has set up scheduling for Lesson Plan Submissions, you will see a Lesson Plan Submissions widget on your profile with the assigned lesson plans.
A user's Lesson Plan Widget displays the lesson plans that are due and their progress towards each set of submissions.
The user also has the ability to add or link existing lesson plans that meet the requirements of the cycle. Coaches and Admin users who have access to these users have the ability to view this Lesson Plan Submissions but do not have the ability to submit or link existing lesson plans.
The View More Info button on the widget will open a larger pop-up with additional information about the user’s Lesson Plans.
Lesson Plan Metrics displays simple metrics of how many lesson plans a user is required to submit, how many lesson plans have been submitted, how many lesson plans are pending, and how many lesson plans have been approved over the specified time frame.
Current Tasks displays any outstanding items during the selected time frame where actions can be taken, including lesson plan sets that are partially complete.
Users can view any lesson plans that require resubmission under the Resubmission Requested section.
Submitted Items displays all lesson plan sets where the user has submitted all or some of the required lesson plans.
Please note: Partially completed lesson plan sets will appear in both the Current Tasks section and Submitted Items section of the Lesson Plan Widget.
