How do I observe two people on one observation?

Use Grow's observation tool to complete one observation for two co-teachers or co-observees.

Please Note: This article applies to all observers on forms enabled for Co-Teacher Observations.

To begin an observation for co-teachers, navigate through the Start menu and click Observe as you normally would.

Use the Begin New Observation pop-up to select your first observee.

Then, select your form and click Start.

Once the observation opens, click the green Add Co-Teacher button at the top of the form.

Then, select your second observee from the pop-up.

 

You'll notice both observee's names are now displayed at the top of the observation. Should you need to remove the second observee, simply click Remove Co-Teacher.

Upon finalizing the observation, you'll receive a pop-up to be reminded that you have designated this as a co-teacher observation. Each teacher will receive an individual copy of this observation, and you will be able to make edits to each copy separately.
