What information is shared on an observation?

Learn what information within an observation/evaluation is shared with the observee.

Remember that:

All users with access to the observee will be able to see the entirety of the observation, private notes included. This includes coaches with access to the teacher as well as users with a higher permission level than you.

Click into the View As: button in the top right and toggle between Teacher and Coach to review which information the observee won't see once the form is finalized (they nothing while it is in draft mode). When in View As: Observee mode, any private fields will be excluded from the page.

In the Running Record, you'll see that shared notes are visible to the teacher while private notes are hidden. Running Record notes can be set to private or shared by toggling the eye symbol.
