How do I share my observation/evaluation once I've completed it?

Learn how to finalize your observation or evaluation form.

Three options appear at the bottom of each observation:

• Rubrics automatically save your edits, but you can also select Save & Continue for added reassurance that your work is saved.

• The Save & Exit button saves your draft and redirects you to Find Observations. This does not share the observation with the teacher. You can go back at any time to edit and later finalize that observation.

• Clicking the Finalize button displays a pop-up with different prompts (pictured below). Selecting Finalize & Notify Teacher not only finalizes the observation but also sends an email notification to the observee. Pressing Finalize will not send an email notification, but the observee will have access to the observation after logging into Grow.
