Learn how to activate a new user in SchoolMint Grow.
Please note: This article is primarily for users with a System Admin role.
First, you will need to create a new user individually or via bulk upload.
Once the user's account is created, the user will navigate to the sign-in page: grow.schoolmint.net, search for your district, and then select Forgot Password?
The user will enter their email and receive a link to set a password.
After clicking the link, the user can set a new password and use it to log in!
