How do I know if a user is in SchoolMint Grow?

Please note: this article is primarily for users with an Assistant Admin role and above.

Depending on your permission level, you may have the ability to check whether or not a user is already in the system. To do so, first, click the magnifying glass in the top right corner of the screen. Type the name of the person you are looking for in the search bar.

If the user does not have a profile, their name will not pop up. If the user already has a profile, the name will appear highlighted in green. If the user’s name doesn’t show, you may be able to create a profile for that user, depending on your permission level.
