Learn which reports are available for different data analysis needs.

Please note: this article is primarily for users with a Coach role and above.

SchoolMint Grow has several reports available for different purposes. Reports are broken down into various categories for streamlined data analysis. See below for details and additional materials.

Frequency Reports: How often is feedback being recorded?

Cycle Reports: How can I monitor completion of required coaching and/or evaluation activities at my school or district?

Score Performance Reports: How can I analyze score-based observation data?
Form Report	Find average scores for the strands and questions within a particular observation form, both on an individual and school-wide level.	How do I pull a collection of scores for my school's quantitative forms?

Observation Type Report	Compare overall average scores for individuals across different types of observations (i.e. informal vs formal vs annual evaluation).	How do I review score averages by observation type?
Performance Dashboard	Configure this report to see average scores for particular groups of questions from various forms, and to easily measure individual scores against a target score threshold.	Performance Dashboard Overview How do I review an individual's scores over time?
Completion Dashboard	If your school has various required observations that are weighted differently (i.e. a fall evaluation is 25%, winter is 30%, and spring is 45%), configure this report to see overall scores and to monitor completion. Exports: How can I build my own report to look at observation and/or meeting data?
Observation Data Report	Build your own observation report to see the contents of observation forms, overall scores, signature status, action items, etc.	How can I create my own observation export? How do I know if teachers have viewed and signed their observations?

Reports can also be saved within Grow, and exported to a spreadsheet as needed.
