How do I find an observation?

Learn how to find all of your draft and finalized observations

Please note: this article is primarily for users with a Coach role and above.

To find observations, click the Start menu at the top and select Find Observations.

Use the filters to search by School(s), Type (all observations, draft observations, completed observations), and Start and End Date. If you have access to other coaches' observations, you can toggle off View Only My Data to include them in your search. Use the Filter table by text to filter by teacher, status, or form.

Click on Resume Draft or Open Completed to either edit drafts or open completed observations. Observations can also be shared, printed, and archived via additional buttons in the Actions column.
