How do I find a missing or deleted observation?

Learn where to find and restore accidentally deleted observations

Please note: this article is primarily for users with an Observer role and above.

There are two primary places to look for an observation:

Option 1: Click Start and then Find Observations. Set Type to Archived Observations to check for your observation there. Once you've located the correct observation, click the green restore button to un-archive it!

Option 2: Click your name in the top right-hand corner and select My Profile. Click into your Teaching or Coaching Timeline. Click into Filter Options and check the box to search for just observations. Check for your observation on that list.

If you can't find your observation in either of these locations, don't fret! Reach out to us via the Support and Feedback button in the bottom right of the screen and our team can likely retrieve your archived draft or completed observation.
