How do I find an observation that one of my coaches completed?

Learn how to find all of the observations completed by a particular coach.

Please note: this article is primarily for users with a School Admin role and above.

If you are an administrator, you will be able to see all of the observations completed by your coaches. Find the user’s profile by searching for the name using the magnifying glass in the top-right corner.

Once on the profile, click the Coaching Timeline tab. This will display a chronological list of all of the touchpoints they have given. You can filter by type and select Observations to see the observations they have completed.
