Note: The Frequency Dashboard is useful for viewing individual user data. If touchpoints for a user have been recorded at multiple schools, the total number of touchpoints will show regardless of the currently-selected school. We recommend using the Network Frequency Dashboard to view observations by school. Whether you have multiple schools in your organization or you want to see total observation numbers at an individual school, use this dashboard. |
The Frequency Dashboard is an accountability tool that tracks the number of touchpoints (observations, meetings, quick feedback, action items) recorded at a particular school, on an individual user level.
You can access this dashboard by going to Reports > Frequency Reports > Frequency Dashboard.
Use the filters in the top right corner to select the school(s) and date range for which you'd like to see data. Click Update Filters to show results. The Teachers tab will show touchpoints received by each teacher-level user. The other tabs (Coaches, Assistant Admins, etc.) show the number of touchpoints recorded by each user.
If a column has a right-facing arrow, click to expand and show a detailed breakdown.
Click on any hyperlinked number to see additional information about the specific touchpoints. A pop-up of observations, for example (pictured below) will show the date, form, school, observer, and a link to each observation.
