Touchpoint Dashboard Overview

Learn how to navigate the Touchpoint Dashboard.

Please note: this article is primarily for users with a Coach role and above.

On this dashboard, you'll see a list of users to whom you have access. The color of each row (green, yellow, or red) is determined by the amount of time that has passed since the individual's last interaction. See the time frames for each color by clicking Show Color-Coding Key at the top of the page. 

You will also see each user's most recent touchpoint, and how long it's been since that interaction. Click on an individual's name to view their profile, or click on their last interaction to view further details about that specific touchpoint.

On the right side of the page are various actions to complete. Begin an Observation, Start a Meeting, and view/assign Action Steps and Goals by clicking the relevant icons. If you have a draft observation in progress, you'll see a pink Resume Draft option.
