Learn how to use the Network Frequency Dashboard to review touchpoint frequency data across your entire district or network.
|
Note: The Network Frequency Dashboard is useful for viewing observations by school. Whether you have multiple schools in your organization or you want to see total observation numbers at an individual school, use this dashboard. We recommend using the Frequency Dashboard to view individual user data. |
The Network Frequency Dashboard is an accountability tool that tracks the number of touchpoints (observations, meetings, quick feedback, action items) recorded across the schools in your network.
You can access this dashboard by going to Reports > Frequency Reports > Network Frequency Dashboard.
Using the Filters in the top right, select a date range and click Update Tables. You'll then see a breakdown of each type of touchpoint for each school. Clicking on a school's name directs you to the school's Frequency Dashboard. Clicking the right-facing arrow on a column header will show you a breakdown of Observation and/or Meeting Types.
Additional columns on your Network Frequency Dashboard may include:
- Observation Rate: divides the number of observations in a school by the number of teachers.
- Total Touchpoints: adds the number of touchpoints in each other column (i.e. observations, meetings, quick feedback, and action steps in the screenshot above).
- Overall Touchpoint Rate: divides the number of Total Touchpoints in a school by the number of teachers.
Please Note: If you would like to see Total Touchpoints, Overall Touchpoint Rate, and/or any other touchpoint rates, reach out to your CSM/A.
Click any hyperlinked number on the dashboard to see a bar graph with frequency over time, and details about the specific touchpoints contributing to the total. Click the blue eye icon to view any touchpoint in detail.
Pro Tip: As with any other table/dashboard, you can turn this data into an Excel spreadsheet by clicking the Export button in the bottom-left corner!
