Tag Dashboard Overview

Learn to use the Tag Dashboard to show you how and where tags are being used in your school.

Please Note: This article applies to all observers.

To access this dashboard, click Reports > Coaching Reports > Tag Dashboard.

Options and Filters

Options & Filters include Date Options, Schools, User Types, and Roles, as well as a few other settings described in detail below:

• Included Items: Use the filter options to select which types of touchpoints to include.
• Compare By Date: Toggle to Weeks or Months to compare tag usage from week to week or month-to-month across the date range selected via Date Options.
• Compare By Other: These settings correspond to your selections under Schools and User Types. Toggling to Schools or User Types will create a navigator from which you can easily switch between separate reports for the selected filters.
• Tags: Use the filter options to select which tags to include. For example, you might use these options to drill down into sub-level tag usage or get a 30,000-foot view with top-level tags.

Once you've got your filters set, click Update Filters. You'll then have three ways to view the data: Bar Chart, Pie Chart, & Table.

Bar Chart

You can hover over a bar to see how many times the tag was used. If you click into a bar, another window will open up with information on where and how that tag has been used in your site.

Pie Chart

You can hover over a piece of the chart to view information on how many times the tag was used. If you click into a piece of the pie, another window will open up with information on where and how that tag has been used in your site.

Table

See how many times each tag was used during the time frame you selected.
