Learn how to utilize Grow's Summary Report to see holistic data about particular indicators for individual teachers.
Please Note: This article applies to all users.
If your district uses metadata tags that reflect the indicators in an observation form, the Summary Report can be enabled to facilitate holistic analysis of data.
For example, the rubric below contains four indicators:

To see holistic data about each indicator for a teacher (from observations and action items), navigate to their profile by clicking their name anywhere in Grow or searching with the magnifying glass in the top right corner of your page. Click the Summary Report button.
Note: Teachers can access their own Summary Report from their profile, which is their homepage.
Use Filters & Options to select the Items (i.e. action steps, observation scores, quick feedback), Creators (i.e. who assigned the action step or recorded the observation), Tags, and Date Options for which to filter. Results can also be limited by Form and/or Observation Type.
To see information for a particular domain or indicator, click the right-facing arrow to expand the row. When a row is expanded, the arrow will face down and you'll see chronological data for that indicator.
Zooming in, you'll see that this teacher has progressed from a score of 1 on Essential Content to a score of 3, with one aligned action step:
