Weekly Data Meeting Report Overview

Learn how to use the Weekly Data Meeting Report.

Please note: This article is primarily for users with a Coach role and above, and applies to Schools who utilize the Weekly Data Meeting feature.

Access the Weekly Data Meeting Report by clicking Reports, then Coaching Reports, and finally Weekly Data Meetings Reports. If your School or District documents Weekly Data Meetings in Grow, this report will help you assess the effectiveness of those meetings.

Use Filters & Options to pinpoint data by Coach, School, Date Range, Course, Grade, or Standard. Once you have selected the appropriate filters and options, click Update Filters to see results.

A row for each participant of each meeting will populate in the results table. Click the Blue Eye Icon to view the original Weekly Data Meeting. If you were the host of the meeting, you'll instead see an Orange Pencil Icon, which will allow you to view and/or edit the original Weekly Data Meeting.

At the bottom of the page is a Summary Table displaying the average initial and reteach mastery percentages for each coach across all of the meetings they have led.
