Get Better Faster Report Overview

Learn how to leverage the Get Better Faster Report to get meaningful data from your Action Steps tagged to the Get Better Faster framework.

Please note: this article is primarily for users with a Coach role and above.

To find the Get Better Faster Report, go to Reports > Coaching Reports > Get Better Faster Report.

 

Use the filters on the left side to select the Date breakdown (default is to compare by month), the Get Better Faster Tags you would like to display (the default is each phase of Management and Rigor), your Date Range (the default is the current school year), and the Population (schools, user types, teachers, coaches) whose data you would like to review.

Please Note: Filtering by Teachers will show tagged action steps assigned TO those individuals, while filtering by Coaches will show tagged action steps assigned BY those individuals.

 

Select Update Filters once you have finished selecting your filters.

The Stacked Bar Chart will show the total number of Action Steps tagged to each phase of Management and Rigor within the Get Better Faster hierarchy, broken down by month (default) or week.

The Percentage Bar Chart will show the percentage of action steps tagged to each phase.

The Line Chart will show a visual of each phase over time.

 

In the Table, you'll see the total number of Action Steps tagged to each component of the Get Better Faster hierarchy of tags. Click any hyperlinked number to view details about the specific action steps that were assigned.
