Learn what a meeting is and how to start one.
Please note: This article applies to users with access to a meeting template.
Use Grow's Meetings feature for any meeting or discussion. Each meeting template includes a place for minutes or discussion, a place to link resources, and the ability to track when meetings occurred and who attended them.
To begin a Meeting, click Start on the top menu, then Start Meeting and Start New Meeting.

Select your meeting template from the dropdown menu and then click Create.

Once you've created your meeting, there will be a variety of fields for you to fill out in the Details tab, depending on those enabled for your school. You can add participants and absentee participants in the right-side panel. Using the Options button, you can also import a group of participants or mass-assign action items.
Use the Files tab to attach anything pertinent to your meeting.

Using the green check button, mark participants as present or absent. Click the blue Action Items button to assign and manage Action Steps, Goals, and To-Dos.

You can use the Discussion tab to share notes with participants before and after your meeting takes place.
