Learn how to add pre-set Action Items to Grow, for coaches to select from a dropdown.
Please note: this article is primarily for users with a System Admin role.
Your district may want to add a list of Action Steps, Goals, or To-Dos to Grow, for coaches to select from when they are assigning Action Items. To create and/or manage a bank of Action Items, click Config then Metadata.
Scroll down to the Action Item Options section, and click Action Item Bank Presets.
If your site already has Action Item Bank Presets, you will see those listed on the left. The page displays Action Step presets by default, but you can use the Type dropdown to select a different type of Action Item (i.e. Goals or To-Dos).
To add a single Action Item Bank Preset, click Create Action Item Bank Preset. Type the Action Item in the textbox, and select any tag(s) associated with this Action Item. Click Create to add the Action Item to the bank.
To add a list of Action item Bank Presets, click Import Action Item Bank Presets. Type each Action Item on a separate line. Click Import to add all Action Items to the bank.
Note: If you would like to upload the Get Better Faster bank of Action Steps, reach out to your Customer Success contact.
To edit any Action Item, click on the tile in the list and it will show in the Editor to the right. After adjusting any text and/or tags, click Update to save changes. To reorder any Action Items in the list, drag and drop the tiles.
