How do I leave a comment on touchpoints?

The blue speech bubble icon (see below) will appear on all touchpoints in Grow. You'll see them, for example, on Action Steps, Goals, and finalized Observations.

Clicking the bubble allows leaders, coaches, and teachers to share comments and ask questions on existing feedback. The teacher will receive an email when a coach or leader leaves a comment on an interaction related to them, and vice versa.

As a coach or leader, you can choose which comments are public and private by toggling the Make Private button. Shared comments will be shown in peach boxes and will be visible to the teacher. Private comments can only be submitted by coaches and leaders and will be shown in white boxes. These will not be visible to the teacher but will be visible to any user with access to the teacher. Submitting a private comment on feedback left by another leader will trigger an email notification to that leader, and will 'subscribe' you to receive emails for any further comments on the thread.
