Learn how to link an external calendar to Grow for easy management of observations, meetings, and other events.
Please note: this article is intended for all users.
To begin, click the calendar icon in the top right corner of your screen.
You will have the ability to connect your Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar by clicking the relevant blue button on the left side-bar.
If you choose to connect a Google Calendar, you will be prompted to authenticate your account on a screen similar to the picture below. Select your desired account
(Note: this does not need to be the account you use to log into Grow)
Give permission for Grow Education to access your calendar and press Allow.
If you are connecting your Outlook Calendar, you will prompted with a similar authentication.
Once your calendar is connected, use Filters & Options to select which calendar(s) you would like to view. Any calendars you have access to will be available under Visible Calendars. You can also choose which Events you would like to see on your calendar.
Press Add Event in order to add a new observation, meeting, or basic event(any other event). Scheduled events will show on both your Grow calendar and linked Google/Outlook calendar.
