Learn how to create a coaching group for your school.
Please note: this article is primarily for users with a School Admin role and above.
The purpose of a coaching group is to give a user access to specific teachers, rather than access to all of the teachers in a school. An observer in a coaching group will be able to give feedback to the Observee(s) in that group. They will also be able to view all of the data and Touchpoints associated with the Observee(s), including feedback given by other observers.
If you have Admin permissions, you can create a coaching group by going Config and then clicking Schools. Then, select your school.
Go to the Groups & Admin button. You'll note that a Teachers group already exists and contains all teachers in the school.
Click Add Group. Enter the new coaching group name, then click Create.
You'll now see this group appear on the Coaching Groups section on the left-hand side. You can Add names to the Observers side (selecting Coach in the Observer Roles pop-up) as well as the Observees side. Your changes will save automatically.
You'll be able to come back to this group at any point to add/remove users!
