New Features & Improvements

General
- Backend changes have been made to increase the loading speeds of both the Login Process and the Touchpoint Dashboard. Users should expect to see reduction in loading speeds by > 50% when viewing large amounts of user data on the Touchpoint Dashboard.

Meetings
- Added the option to require signatures on Meeting Types.
- There is a new toggle under the General Options area of a Meeting Type’s settings titled:
- “Require a signature from all meeting participants”
- Turning the setting on will force all meeting participants to sign meetings, similar to the behavior that currently occurs when a host enables this feature on individual meetings.
- There is a new toggle under the General Options area of a Meeting Type’s settings titled:
- There is now an option to customize the word “complete” as it relates to Completed Meetings under Language Changes.
- Added the option to require signatures on Meeting Types.

Quick Feedback
- Users can now select tags when creating Quick Feedback. Previously this was only possible when editing or commenting on existing Quick Feedback.

Mobile
- The settings page will now scroll at smaller screen sizes.
Bug Fixes

Lesson Plans
- Fixed a bug that prevented the Lesson Plans Due popup from opening.
- Fixed a bug that was preventing the Add to My Files popup from showing when submitting a document.

API
- Fixed an issue that could cause users to function incorrectly when a user ID array containing a NULL value was sent when creating/updating users via the API.

System
- Made technical improvements to the process that copies live site data to QA to prevent users from being assigned to empty districts.

New Features & Improvements

PLUs
- The Credits Report now has an “Email Report” button. Pressing this button will generate a CSV export of all data that meets the requirements of the current filter and send an email to the logged-in user containing a download link for the file.

Observations
- The Observation Data Report now has a new filter option called “Filter by Observation School.” Toggling this on will use the school linked to the observation when filtering by the school(s) selected in the “Groups to Include Section.” This is different from the default behavior which uses the observee’s school.
- Added new toggles under the settings for Forms that give the option to require that a school value be entered.
- “Require School”
- Toggling this on will prevent an Observation from being finalized if no school was selected.
- “Finalize Popup - Show School”
- Toggling this on will show the School picker in the Finalize popup.

User Import
- An error message now appears when attempting to import users with the “No Role” role.
Bug Fixes

Cross-District Users
- Fixed a bug that prevented cross-district users from being fully accessible when one of their districts is removed from SchoolMint Grow.
