Sprint 165 - 12/19/24

Bug Fixes

  • User Import
    • Fixed a bug that prevented Regional Admin roles from being cleared when importing via SFTP.
  • Cycles
    • Fixed a bug that would cause an error to be thrown when attempting to view linkable items.

Sprint 163 - 11/14/24

Bug Fixes

  • Mobile
    • Released a new build that improves the video upload process to minimize video upload issues.
    • The login screen now reflects the same options as the web app.
  • Observation Type Report
    • Fixed a bug that was causing all users to show in the coaches filter dropdown.
  • Lesson Plans
    • Fixed a bug that prevented review status updates from updating submission status.
    • Updated the Lesson Plan Review Data Report to filter by review status, not submission status.

Sprint 162 - 10/23/24

Features & Updates

  • Time in Classroom Widget
    • We've added a new "Time in Classroom" widget to Forms that functions as a stopwatch. Here's a summary of its functionality: 
      • The widget can be enabled in System Settings and then added to any Form. 
      • The timer has Start/Stop and Reset buttons. 
      • Navigating away from an Observation will pause the timer, autosaving the time to the nearest minute. 
      • Once an Observation is finalized, the timer data will be viewable under the Info tab. 
      • The timer data has also been added to the Observation Field options in the Observation Data Report.
  • Performance Dashboard
    • Updated automatic placement recommendations to include four levels instead of three.
  • Login
    • The “Send Login Link to Email” option user authentication now functions. This setting and its button were available, but not fully implemented. When this setting is enabled, users will be able to click the “Send Login Link to Email” button on the landing page to have a one-time, time-sensitive link sent to their email. Clicking the link will log them into Grow and redirect to their homepage.

    • Widened the column width of the form names column.

Sprint 161 - 10/2/24

Features & Updates

  • Recurring Meetings
    • Participant notes from past meetings are now visible for recurring meeting types, functioning similarly to host notes.

Bug Fixes

  • Lesson Plans
    • Fixed a bug on the Lesson Plans widget where an error would occur when certain cycle criteria were met.
  • Performance Dashboard
    • Fixed a bug that caused an error to show when expanding the rows on the Summary Table if the district has multiple Performance Dashboards.
  • Forms
    • If there is a row on a form that has a score and a text box, the “Do not show empty text rows on finalized observations.” Form Setting will no longer hide the row if it received a score, but no text box data.
  • User Edit
    • Fixed a bug that was causing the Primary Coach Load dropdown in the Assign Teachers modal to show incorrect user options.

Sprint 160 - 9/11/24

Features & Updates

  • Meetings Completion
    • Meetings now have a “Completed” status that functions similarly to “Finalized” Observations.
    • Marking a Meeting as “Completed” will show all viewers a read-only version of the Meeting.
    • Completed Meetings have an “Edit” button for hosts. Clicking this button will reopen the Meeting for edits, where it may be saved as incomplete (the only option previously available) or Completed.
  • Observation Data Export
    • The Observation Data Export now includes the option to pull Co-Teacher information.
    • The “Observee Fields” category of “Fields to Show” now includes a “Co-Teacher Name” option. Selecting this will add a column displaying the first and last name of an Observation’s Co-Teacher.
    • The “Observation Fields” category also includes a “Co-Teacher” option. Selecting this will add a column displaying “Y” if Observation has a Co-Teacher and “N” if it does not.
    • These field names match the language customizations of the “coTeacher” field.
  • Landing/Login Page Update
    • The landing/login page for Grow has had a visual update.

Bug Fixes

  • User Profile
    • Fixed bugs that caused incorrect pagination numbers in several widgets under certain circumstances.
  • Personal Dashboard
    • Fixed a bug that caused HTML tags to display in the “Recent Interactions” widget.
  • Rows
    • The “Import Rows” button is now fully functional, giving users to the option to utilize the JSON file that can be generated when exporting rows.

Sprint 159 - 8/21/24

Features & Updates

  • User Edit
    • Adds a warning to the User Edit page when a district is using SFTP for user uploads to remind users that their changes may be overridden.

Bug Fixes

  • Forms
    • Fixed a bug on the Forms page that caused column names to be hidden on certain screen sizes.
  • Coaching Loads
    • Fixed a bug that allowed inactive users to appear in the Primary Coach Load dropdown.
  • User Upload
    • Fixed a bug that caused the “Validation” step of the CSV User Upload process to count as a user edit action. This would then cause the name of the user who ran the validation to show in the “Lasted Edited By” field on the User Profile.

Sprint 158 - 7/31/24

Features & Updates

  • Rows
    • Large tables in HTML boxes are no longer cut off at the box’s max width.
  • User Edit
    • The Network Admin Roles widget is now on the right side of the page.

Bug Fixes

  • User Edit
    • Primary Coach selector responds correctly to the selected user’s User Type, only showing that User Type’s “superior” roles.
  • Observation Data Export
    • Fixed a bug that caused HTML tags to show in certain Action Steps.

Sprint 157 - 7/10/24

Features & Updates

  • Forms
    • Added an “Export Forms from District” button to the Forms page that allows users to copy forms from one district to another, similar to the “Export Meeting Types from District” feature.

Bug Fixes

  • Observation Data Report
    • Fixed a bug causing the email export on the Observation Data Report to fail when an image was copied and pasted into an observation text box.

Sprint 156 - 6/18/24

Features & Updates

  • User Edit
    • Reorganized the User Edit page so that metadata/biographical information is on the left and roles/permissions are on the right columns of the same page.
    • All sections are collapsible/expandable.
  • Find Quick Feedback
    • Adjusted column sizes to show more content.
  • Action Steps
    • Related Goals text now wraps correctly.
  • Action Items Report
    • The “Date Mastered” column for ToDos is replaced with “Date Done” with a new language entry.
    • Added a tab for the “Not Mastered” Goal status. The “Date Mastered” column is now titled “Status Date” and shows the date that the Goal entered its current status.
  • User Create
    • Added better explanatory text when attempting to create a user with a role of teacher or coach in a school without Observation Groups.
  • Meeting Types
    • Added an Export button to the bottom of the Meeting Types page that downloads a CSV containing the page data. The “Export Meeting Types” button has also been updated to “Export Meeting Types From District” for clarity.

Bug Fixes

  • Video Hub
    • Fixed a bug that prevented YouTube videos from being added in rare cases.
    • The timestamp input remains selected after entering a timestamp.
    • Fixed a bug that prevented thumbnails from showing for .mov format files.
  • Performance Dash
    • Fixed a bug that prevented certain Performance Dash filter sections from persisting after leaving and returning to the page.
    • The “Turn on Meeting/Exceeding thresholds” setting on individual Performance Dashboards can now be toggled off.
  • Support Buttons
    • Fixed a bug that sometimes showed an error when clicking the “Support and Feedback” button on the landing page before logging in.
    • Fixed a bug that caused the “Live Support” button in the nav bar to throw an error.
  • Schools
    • The “Export” button on the Schools page now functions correctly.
  • Forms
    • Updating a row name from within the Form Builder now saves correctly.
    • Row descriptions can now scroll when the contents are too long, like in the case of a large table.
  • Comments
    • The text of comment attachments now wrap, fixing a bug that sometimes made attachments inaccessible.

Features & Updates

  • Login Page
    • Our login page now includes more information about Grow and a more obvious link to our privacy policy.

Bug Fixes

  • Meetings
    • Fixed a bug causing the Options dropdown to cut off when its widget was collapsed.
  • Personal Dash
    • The Action Items widget is now collapsible
  • My Files
    • The “Start Observation” and “Start Meeting” buttons now function correctly.
  • Forms
    • Rows in the table can no longer be dragged when “Reorder Mode” is turned off.

Sprint 154 - 5/8/24

Features & Updates

  • User Edit
    • Added a new multi-select setting under the Customer Success section that controls visibility of external IDs on the User Edit page.

Bug Fixes

  • Action Items Report
    • Custom Action Steps and To-Dos no longer show in the “Active” tab when they are “Done.”

    • Fixed a bug that was preventing very old files from opening.

Sprint 152 - 3/27/24

Features & Updates

  • Meetings
    • Added a setting to prevent meetings from counting as interactions when the user was absent. There is a new setting under System Settings > Reports > Touchpoint Dashboard Settings called “Meetings will not count as interactions on the Touchpoint Dashboard for Absentees.” Turning this on will prevent users designated as Absentees in a Meeting from having that Meeting counted as an interaction.

Bug Fixes

  • Observations
    • Fixed a bug caused an error to show when attempting to play a newly-uploaded video in an Observation.

Sprint 151 - 3/6/24

Features & Updates

  • Advanced Search
    • The Advanced Search for users now includes Email and Internal ID in the filters.

Bug Fixes

  • Performance Dashboard
    • Fixes a bug where districts with multiple Performance Dashboards could only view the first in the related dropdown.
  • Frequency Dashboard
    • The graph on the Total Touchpoints popup now shows data correctly distributed by date.
  • Advanced Search
    • Fixes a bug where System Admin and Sub Admins of a district with custom User Roles would see duplicates of those roles in the Advanced Search user list.

  • User Edit
    • Editing an existing user’s External Identifiers, Network Admin Roles, or Additional emails now save correctly.
  • Performance Dash
    • On the Summary Dash, measurement columns can now be collapsed after expanding.

Sprint 149 - 1/24/24

Features & Updates

  • Meetings
    • Calling the “Get All Meetings” and “Get Meeting By ID” API endpoints returns a value consisting of an array of user ids that signed the meeting.

Bug Fixes

  • Users
    • Users with names consisting of empty spaces cannot be saved.
    • Archived users no longer show in Primary Coach Load lists and School Groups.
  • Rows
    • Typing in the Name field no longer causes text to delete and reappear.

 

Sprint 148 - 1/3/24

Features & Updates

  • PLUs
    • The “Location” dropdown box is no longer a required field when creating an In Person or Hybrid PLU event.
    • Users can enter any address when a Location is not chosen.

Bug Fixes

  • Rubrics
    • In print view, toggling off one strand no longer toggles off all strands.
  • School Edit Page
    • Fields under “School Info” no longer appear editable.
  • Observations
    • When printing drafts, long text boxes are no longer cut off.
  • Exports
    • The Forms data export is now functional.
    • The Export Rows page is now populating correctly.
  • Video Hub
    • Users with View privilege no longer see the “Reply” and “Delete” buttons comments.
    • Tags are now fully highlighted.
