Sprint 123 - 12/7/22

Updates Include:
- None in this sprint.
Bug Fixes Include:
- - Issue where a recent update to tables removed the scroll bar from certain report tables is resolved.
  - Issue where one of the links in the User Upload instructions was not blue is resolved.
  - Issue on the Network Frequency Dash where the Grade and Course filters did not work is resolved.
  - Action Items with rich text formatting on the Frequency Dashboard now show with proper formatting in the popups.
  - Issue on the User Profile where the Action Items widget did not properly refresh when toggling between Current and Past Years’ Data is resolved.

Sprint 122 - 11/22/22

Updates Include:
- - MOST REPORTS now have FROZEN COLUMN HEADERS! This will allow you to scroll through data on a report while still seeing the column headers. This has now been applied on the following reports:
  - The Observation Text Field Report now uses data found in Extended Table Info like all similar reports do.

Sprint 121 - 11/09/22

Updates Include:
- There is now a Preview feature for both Meeting and Document Review (aka Lesson Plan) forms!
  - This works just like the preview feature in Rubrics/Observations.
  - When creating a new form or editing an existing one, you will have the option to move to the Preview step before finishing your form.
  - At any time, the Preview for a given form can be accessed via the light blue eye icon on the Meeting Type and Document Review form pages.
  - This will give greater flexibility when creating new forms and allow you to quickly see how users will interact with them.

Sprint 120 - 10/26/22

Updates Include:
- There is a brand new feature that notifies new users when an account has been created for them in Grow via email! We'll be turning this on for everyone soon but if you're eager to see it, an admin or our Customer Care team can activate this for you now in System Settings!
  - This will also give the ability to email ALL active users with access instructions, which will be very handy at start-of-year.
  - The notifications can be customized and will be triggered both at one-off user creation and when using the User Upload.
- Report CSVs from the Observation Data Report, Lesson Plan Reports, Meetings Report, and PLU Feedback Report that are emailed to users will now expire after 24 hours for security purposes. New reports can be generated any time.
- A new feature to allow User Imports via SFTP is now available in beta mode! We'll be rolling out the full version soon, but if you are eager to try this out soon, please contact your CSM or Customer Care!

Sprint 119 - 10/12/22

Updates Include:
- There were several internal infrastructure upgrades completed in this sprint, but no features that will be visible to you. Look out for a new Account Creation Notification feature coming at the end of the month!

Sprint 118 - 09/28/22

Updates Include:
- Touchpoint Dash has a new setting available to hide the Groups dropdown if needed.

- Issue with Action Item widgets not updating properly when toggling between profiles is resolved.

Sprint 117 - 09/14/22

Updates Include:
- System Admins can now see a checkbox called "Practice User" on accounts that allows them to designate certain users as test accounts.
Bug Fixes Include:
- Issue with error being thrown when clicking into numbers on the Frequency and Network Frequency Dashboards is resolved.
- Issue with the "Hide on Data and Frequency Dashboards" setting on Meetings is now resolved.
- Issue with the grade/course/school of the target user not always appearing on reports related to Action Items and Quick Feedback is resolved.
- Issue where only an envelope icon would show when finalizing and notifying about an Observation is resolved.
- Certain issues with table width on the Users page are resolved.

Sprint 116 - 08/31/22

Updates Include:
- A brand new Personal Dashboard for coaches and up is now available in Grow! This can be used as a homepage or a regular report and features a variety of widgets that will make seeing critical information easy at a glance. Contact our Customer Care team to get this turned on for your site!
Bug Fixes Include:
- Issue with the Users table not properly displaying Accounting and other external IDs is resolved.
- Various issues with the User Upload, especially related to keys and multiple users in one import, are resolved.

Updates Include:
- No major updates in this sprint - we're gearing up to release a new DIY Dashboard for Coaches and Leaders in the following sprint!
Bug Fixes Include:
- Issue with confusing errors when adding or editing users with duplicate email addresses is resolved.

Sprint 114 - 08/03/22

- Issue with Custom Action Items not displaying or being an option to display on the User Profile is resolved.

Sprint 113 - 07/20/22

Updates Include:
- Updates to the Form Settings for hiding empty rows from finalized forms - these are now more granular and allow more flexibility between scored and text-based rows.
Bug Fixes Include:
- To-Dos in Meetings now accurately display due dates.
- Comments created and absentees added before a Meeting was made recurring now transfer over correctly.
- Archived Meetings no longer display on the Weekly Data Meetings Report.
- Peer Observations can now be cloned for regular coaching use.
- Users with only Coaching or Eval rights on a district with the Data Curtain on are now able to give Action Items to Practice User.

Sprint 112 - 07/06/22

Updates Include:
- Various improvements to the Teacher Profile feature have been released:
  - Button will be grouped logically in the header to prevent users from getting overwhelmed and direct them toward their preferred action.
  - Both widget panels are equalized in width and fill out the space more appropriately.
  - Plus button for Action Items is changed to "Add New" for greater clarity when these are collapsed.
  - New System Setting to hide summary text on top of the profile if preferred.
  - New System Setting that allows admins to configure the widget layout for their district, including hiding irrelevant widgets and placing all other ones anywhere on the page.
- The Running Record in Observations is updated for better flow and improved visuals. No changes to functionality!
Bug Fixes Include:
- Issue with the Form Norming Report not exporting correctly to a CSV is resolved.
- Expanded Meeting and Observation Type columns now sort correctly on the Frequency and Network Frequency Dashboards.
- Popups on the Observation Type Report now always display the Observation Type.
- Issue where the User Upload was not matching properly on Accounting ID is resolved.
- Clicking Latest on the Recurring Meetings popup now redirects to the correct place.

Sprint 111 - 06/22/22

Updates Include:
- The PLU Widget on user profiles now includes a tab for "Events Facilitated" when that is relevant.
- Login error messages have been made less explicit for security purposes.
Bug Fixes Include:
- Issue where the date selector was not displaying on the PLU Transcript is resolved.
- Issue where archived observations were erroneously showing on several reports (Observation Data Report, Observation Text Field Report, Form Report, and Form Norming Report) is resolved.
- Users now ALWAYS see themselves on the Cycles Dashboard.
- Issue with Completion Dash sometimes showing the final column out of order is resolved, as is an issue with calculations for scored forms weighted at 0.
- The "Remove School Relationships" button on School Info now works correctly.

Sprint 110 - 06/08/22

Updates Include:
- None in this sprint.
Bug Fixes Include:
- Issue adding an Action Item via the User Profile and having it visually disappear when changing tabs is resolved.
- Observation Type Report now works correctly with User Tags 4-8; popups on the report also filter correctly by user.
- Weekly Data Meeting Report is able to be sorted correctly.
- The School Info panel is updated to display information more clearly and allow sideways scroll in long fields.

Sprint 109 - 05/25/22

Updates Include:
- Events on the Cycles Dash can be unlinked from In Progress and Completed Items if they were linked erroneously.
- Many "None" options for filters in Advanced Search that didn't make sense have been removed.
Bug Fixes Include:
- Issue with creating PLU Events when PLU Feedback was not configured is resolved.
- Permissions issue for Regional Admin users with access to multiple districts has been resolved.
- Issue with Network Admins being unable to share all videos in the Video Hub when set up to do so is resolved.
- Issue where the Frequency Dash All Observers tab was not displaying the Role column correctly is resolved.

Sprint 108 - 05/11/22

Updates Include:
- Mobile Video App has a new version for both iOS and Android! Be sure to update to 3.0.0!
  - Overhauled design and layout
  - More information about video status throughout the uploads process
  - Increased stability for uploads
- Observations:
  - "None" can now be selected as an option in dropdown rows, even when an option has been previously selected.
  - Goals can now be required as part of completing an observation using the Assign-Goal widget and the related Form Setting.
Bug Fixes Include:
- Issue where recurring meeting templates were showing up in Advanced Search is resolved.
- Issues with the EOY Process on the Performance Dash are resolved.

Sprint 107 - 04/27/22

Updates Include:
- Small adjustment in Observations to use language entries for Observer and Observee in the View As dropdown
Bug Fixes Include:
- Issues with PLU Feature resolved:
  - Problems with assigning credits on events are fixed
  - User Tags are now showing up properly on registrant list
  - Add to Calendar button now visible to all participants
- Scores from archived observations no longer show in Past Scores popup
- Print versions of observations with "average equally by strand" now accurately display overall score
- Issues with Multiple Quick Approve in Document Submissions resolved
- Schools filter on the Completion Dash now works correctly
- Issue with emails about Action Item comments not including the correct link is resolved
- Hidden Meeting Types can no longer be used to start meetings in the Video Hub

Sprint 106 - 04/13/22

Updates Include:
- PLU Feedback Report now has a column at the beginning to let users view a given feedback form quickly and easily, accounting for both shared and anonymous feedback
Bug Fixes Include:
- Issue with Scheduled Meetings not linking properly to Observations is resolved
- Issue with the Draft Observation view displaying blank when at a certain range of window sizes is resolved
- Issue where Lesson Plan Feedback widget did not display on teacher profiles for all users with correct access is resolved

Sprint 105 - 03/30/22

Updates Include:
- Major updates to the PLU/Professional Development feature including:
  - Ability to mark events as online, hybrid, or in-person as well as synchronous/asynchronous
  - Ability to upload materials related to events
  - Improved Mass Registration feature
  - Ability to gather participant feedback on events
  - Series feature that allows linking events together
  - Ability to upload custom logos to certificates and transcripts
  - General quality-of-life and speed improvements

Bug Fixes Include:
- Bug where the System Log page was displaying an error is resolved.
- Bug where checking the “Create Meeting Now” option when scheduling a meeting on the calendar did not schedule the event itself and threw an error is now resolved.

Sprint 103 - 02/16/22

Updates Include:
- Various changes to Meetings:
  - The ability to scroll both the main panel and the participants panel separately in Host view
  - Easier signature functionality for both hosts and participants
  - Changes to the tab system including separating out Comments and Files to match functionality elsewhere in the site better
  - The Details and Participants tabs are now collapsible on ALL meetings, not just Weekly Data Meetings
- Improvements to tooltips and help icons across the whole site
Bug Fixes Include:
- Issue where emails about Saved Reports were linking to My Files instead is resolved
- Recurring meetings can no longer be started from archived meeting forms
- Meetings with restricted access no longer show anyone but participants in the Share panel
