How do I keep track of progress on an Action Step?

Have you ever wondered if Grow can add progress markers on Action Steps? You can! Contact your Customer Success Manager to configure your Grow site to include progress on Action Steps.

 

How do I use this feature?

When selecting the status of an Action Step on a user's profile, you can select your customized label instead just Active or Mastered. In the example below, you will see the list of options available to select.

 

Can I change the options in this drop-down menu?

Yes! With the help of your Customer Success Manager, you are able to customize the options in the drop-down menu for Action Step progress. An example of an option that you could use may be Observed Once and Observed Twice before Mastered.

Where else can I see these features in Grow?

You can keep track of the status of action steps across your school in the Action Items Report. All of the options in your drop-down menu will appear as tabs in addition to the existing All, Active and Mastered tabs.
