Learn how to use the To-Do feature in Grow.
Please note: This article is intended for all users with the To-Do feature.
If the To-Do feature is turned on for your site, you will see the To-Do manager for each user on their profile. Here, you can assign yourself or others a to-do, give it a due date, and mark when it's done! If you don't have this feature and are interested in enabling it, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
Access a user's profile by clicking on the magnifying glass in the top right corner, then typing and clicking their name.
Just like with Action Steps and Goals, you can add to a To-Do list by clicking on the green plus sign.
Type in the To-Do and click Create. The individual receiving the To-Do will get an email with the text and a link to their profile in Grow.
Once the To-Do has been completed, you can check it off and send it to the Done tab!
