Learn about assigning tasks with due dates in Grow's To-Do feature!
Please note: this article is primarily for users with a Coach role and above at districts that have "To-Dos" enabled. If you are interested in turning on this feature, please reach out to your district leader or Customer Success Manager!
Search for the teacher to whom you'd like to assign a to-do.
Once on their profile, scroll down past Action Steps and Goals until you find the To-Do widget.
Press the green plus (+) sign.
Type your to-do and select your due date. Then press Create.
If you need to communicate with the teacher about the to-do, you can both utilize the comment icon to leave comments directly on the task.
Once the teacher has completed the task, click the green Active button and mark it as Done.
You'll now be able to see this to-do in the Done tab.
You can always edit to-dos using the orange edit button or delete it using the red trash button.
Teachers can also assign their own to-dos! This is a great way to leverage Grow as a self-accountability tool.
