Learn how to make edits to Action Steps and Goals after you've already assigned or marked them as complete.
Please Note: Only the person who assigned the Goal or Action Step can make edits to it.
Find Assigned Action Steps and/or Goals
To locate Action Steps and/or Goals, you can utilize the Touchpoint Dashboard or use the magnifying glass in the top right corner to navigate directly to someone's profile. If you are on the Touchpoint Dashboard, just click the Action Steps or Goals button to the right of the user's name.
If you're using the magnifying glass to go directly to a profile, you can locate Action Steps and Goals on the Overview tab.
Make Edits
Once you've located the Action Step or Goal, click the orange edit symbol next to the red trash bin.
Note: Any leader with access to the user can see all of their Action Steps/Goals and move them to Mastered, but only the person who originally assigned it can edit the text or delete it.
Once you've clicked the edit symbol, a pop-up will appear with a text box and a prompting Save button. Once you've applied the changes, click Save to update.
