Configuring Row Groups
Row groups determine what columns show on the Performance Dashboard and can be configured by navigating to Config > Metadata > Row Groups. From here you can Create a Row Group, name the group and select specific rows from specific forms. Use View Selected button to see what is already part of the row group.

Configuring a Single Dashboard
Note that a single Performance Dashboard is the default setting and “Enable Multiple Performance Dashboards” is off. With this setting, all row groups will be included, settings are all controlled in System Settings, and you'll want to ensure your site has a consistent scoring range (i.e. 1-4) if your school/district is using a single Performance Dashboard across multiple forms.
Configuring Multiple Dashboards
If you're using multiple Performance Dashboards, you'll configure those settings by navigating to Config > Performance Dashboard Setup. Each Individual Performance Dashboard will be configured with its own:
- Row groups
- User groups
- “Require only one category match” = “or” logic instead of “and” logic
- Competence thresholds and weighting
- If enabled, weighting is controlled on this page instead of the observation types page
