Learn how to use the Form Norming Report to analyze trends in scoring frequency.
Please note: this article is primarily for users with a Coach role and above.
The Form Norming Report will show you the distributions of scores being submitted on your forms. This can be particularly helpful if you are working to align scoring across coaches, allowing you to easily see any irregularities in the scores that teachers receive.
You can access this report by going to Reports > Score Performance Reports > Form Norming Report.
On the left, you can pick your School, Form, Observation Type, and Date Range. Press Update Filters when you are ready to run your report.
Once you run your report, you'll see a breakdown of how often each score was selected every time the indicator received a score. In the graph below, the indicator is AIM.1 Culture of Learning. Of the 8 times someone received a score on this indicator over the course of the year, Highly Effective was selected 37.5% of the time. You can click on the hyperlink in the Score column to see more information about who received that score.
Click on the light blue Observation icon in the pop-up to open up the observation.
