Form Report Overview

Learn how to use the Form Report to review rubric scores across your entire school.

Please Note: This article applies to all observers.

You can access this report by clicking Reports > Score Performance Reports > Form Report.

On the left-hand side, select your Filters & Options, including a score-based form for which you'd like to pull data. Then, click Update Filters.

You'll notice that scores above a certain threshold are color-coded in blue, while scores below the threshold are red. Note that you will only have the ability to see the scores for users you already have access to on the site. (Coaches, for example, can view the scores of teachers but cannot see scores that other coaches received.)

Click on the right-facing arrow next to each standard/domain to see specific scores for all of the indicators in that standard/domain. For example, you'll see below that the ACE Framework includes four indicators.

If you click into a number on the Form Report, you'll see a pop-up of all of the scores contributing to that average. The average is the sum of all of the scored indicators in that domain, divided by the number of scored indicators (indicators marked as no score are not counted into the average).
