Learn how to use the Lesson Plan Tracking Report
Please note: this article is primarily for users with a coach role and above at districts with the Lesson Plan Feedback Feature enabled. If you are interested in setting this up for your site, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager/Associate.
Use the Lesson Plan Tracking Report
If you system administrator has set up lesson plan scheduling, you can find the Lesson Plan Tracking Report by going to Reports>Frequency Reports>Lesson Plan Tracking Report. It will only display info for items done via Lesson Plan Scheduling.
On the left side panel of the Lesson Plan Tracking Report Page, you can use the Filters & Options section to filter Date, Schools, Grades, Courses, and School Types. Once filled in, click Update Tables.
Once Tables are updated, you can view each teacher's Lesson plans that are due, submitted, and approved!
As a reminder, if you want to see more info for an individual teacher's lesson plan submission requirements, you can view it on their profile. To get there, just click on their blue hyperlinked name in the report OR search for them with the magnifying glass in the top right corner. On the Overview tab you'll find their Lesson Plan Submissions manager.
