Learn to use the lesson plan cycles feature to track your lesson plan due dates!
Please note: this article is primarily for users with a teacher role at districts with the Lesson Plan Feedback Scheduling enabled. If you are interested in setting this up for your site, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager/Associate.
If your system administrator has set up lesson plan scheduling, you will see the Lesson Plan Submissions widget in your profile Overview tab. From here, a teacher or coach can view any lesson plans due and any progress towards each submission set. Anyone with access to the teacher can view this widget but only the teacher can submit or link Lesson Plans.
Click the green Lesson Plans button for the option to Submit New Lesson OR Link Existing Lesson Plans. Once all submissions for a due date are complete, that row will turn green. It will turn yellow if there are multiple submissions due and you've started but are not complete. As with the screenshot below, the row will appear in white if you have not started. For additional information about your Lesson Plans, click the View More Info button to open a larger popup.

The top of the pop up displays a Lesson Plan Metrics section where you'll see simple metrics that state how many Lesson Plans a user is required to submit, how many lesson plans have been submitted, how many lesson plans are pending, and how many lesson plans have been approved over the specified time frame.
The Current Tasks section displays any outstanding items during the selected time frame where actions can be taken, including lesson plan sets that are partially complete.
Users can also view any lesson plans that require resubmission under the Resubmission Requested section.
Submitted Items displays all lesson plan sets where the user has submitted all or some of the required lesson plans. Click on the small arrow to the left of a submission to see it's approval history.
Please note: Partially completed lesson plan sets will appear in both the Current Tasks section and Submitted Items section of the Lesson Plan Widget.
