The “Share” button in Grow appears on many different pages. This button is used to send a notification to someone who already has access to the touchpoint; it does not give users access to a touchpoint if they didn’t already have it. For more information on roles and permissions, refer to this article. It appears on touchpoints as a way to easily notify other coaches & leaders of coaching for observees who they are working with. This is a great way to keep each other in the loop when working on a coaching team!
If the list of users to share with is missing users or has too many users, submit a Grow support ticket and our team can help with which users appear there.
