How do I submit an idea or request to SchoolMint Grow?

Learn how to share your product requests with the software development team.

Please note: this article is intended for all Grow users.

In the top right corner of Grow, click the question icon then Share Feedback.

A Google Form will open in a new tab. Complete the form to explain your idea or request, and to share your contact information.

Select the category(ies) to which this request belongs, and click Submit.

Your product request will be sent immediately to Grow's product development team for review and future consideration!

What Happens After I Submit My Request? 

All feedback requests enter a queue that is visible to our Customer Experience and Product Development team. 

• If the request is new, we create a new idea issue using our product development tool
• If the request is already captured, we add it as an insight to an existing idea in our product development tool
• If the request is an existing functionality, your Customer Experience contact will reach out to you directly
