Learn what to do if you've received an invalid login message when trying to log in

If you receive an invalid login message, there are a couple of steps you can take to get logged in!
Forgot Password
To reset your password, click Forgot Password on the login page. This prompts you to enter your email address (usually your school email) and sends a link to that email address that allows you to reset your password. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder! When resetting your password, make sure your password is at least 8 characters long with at least 1 lowercase letter, 1 uppercase letter, and 1 number.
