How do I share a video in Video Hub?

Learn how to share a copy of your uploaded videos.

Please note: This article applies to all users.

Click Share to add users to your video as Viewers, Commenters, or Editors. 

This will open up a popup where you can choose users to share with and determine their level of access. See below for a breakdown of access types. To send users an email notification with a link to your video, toggle notify newly added users, enter an optional note, and click Save & Notify. 

To share your video, search for a user and click the green plus sign once you've located their account. Review the various access types below.
