How do I collaborate around a video in the Video Hub?

Learn how to use the Video Hub's Collaboration feature.

Please note: This article applies to all users.

Use the collaborate feature to create a copy of the video that multiple users can collaborate on with timestamps and comments. Start by clicking the green Collaborate button on the video's edit page.

 

In the popup, select if you would like to include the time stamped notes and comments that you have already written. Then click Create Collaboration.

 

Click Add Collaboration Users to add Collaborators and Viewers. Both Collaborators and Viewers can see the time stamped notes as well as the discussion in the comments boxes, their role will just decide what they can personally add. Collaborators will be able to add time stamped notes as well as participate in the discussion on the bottom. Viewers will be able to participate in the discussion on the bottom but not add timestamped notes.
