How do I pull a Video Hub video into feedback?

Learn how to add a Video to an Observation or Meeting from the Video Hub.

Go to Start > Video Hub. Find the video you'd like to add to feedback and click the blue play icon. 

Click the green Add to Feedback button and select Observe or Start New Meeting. 

Either selection will open a popup to determine whether or not you'd like to include previously entered timestamped notes. You'll then be prompted to select your observee and form, or your meeting template if starting a meeting, then click Start.

This will open up your observation form. You can now find your video in the Video panel/tab. Use the other fields in the form to provide any additional feedback for the user.
