Are teachers on your Coaching/Touchpoint Dashboard still not appearing green?

Learn how Days Since Last Interaction works on the Coaching/Touchpoint Dashboard.

 

Please note: this article is primarily for users with a Coach role and above.

The Touchpoint Dashboard color-codes a particular teacher's row based on the key in the top-right corner.

Our platform does need a bit of time to refresh in order to accurately display the last interaction on the Dashboard, so we recommend refreshing your page or cache!

If the row still isn't displayed the color you expected after finalizing an observation, we recommend checking the Info tab displayed on the finalized form. (Find the finalized form by clicking Start and Find Observations)

Once accessed, take a look at the Date of Observation to determine if it's correct. The Date of Observation (edited within the observation under Observation Details) is the date that pulls into the Dashboard. If you've opened a form previously and finalized it multiple days later, it actually automatically pulls the date of creation (unless otherwise edited).
