Learn how to reload a page in Grow

Try refreshing your cache or update your browser!
If you're noticing that you're either not able to access a feature and/or it doesn't appear to load properly, there are two ways to potentially resolve this:
- Our first recommendation is to try refreshing your cache! If you're on a Mac, you can do this by clicking, all at once, Command, Shift, r and if you're on a PC, you'll click Control, Shift, r.
- Check to see if you are using the updated version of your browser. If not, try updating your browser. If you still have an issue with a feature loading, we recommend trying a different browser than the one you are currently using.
